This Mother’s Day, Wild by Tart is hosting a special collaborative brunch event with celebrated chef and restaurateur Asma Khan, [Darjeeling Express, Chef’s Table] in their beautiful restaurant space at Eccleston Yards.
Jemima, Lucy and Asma have created a delicious menu, with traditional Indian dishes as featured on Asma's Chef's Table episode, served alongside Tart's own Indian twist on their signature brunch dishes. Food will be served ‘family style’ on long dining tables. Asma is the first British chef to appear on the Netflix series Chef’s Table and prior to the meal there will also be a special screening of the recently aired Chef’s Table episode featuring Asma herself. Guests will receive a welcome drinks and snacks, followed by a two course brunch. Expect dishes such as Tart's baked eggs with okra, aubergine & coriander green chutney, fresh coconut sambol, puri with chana masala and for dessert, tapioca pudding and passionfruit & mango jelly, coconut & rose biscuit. Wild by Tart will be packing up little bags of chocolate truffles with almond & tahini as a take home treat for everyone to enjoy.
