Starters include a spiced squash and red lentil soup with coconut and almonds; a smoked golden beet salad served with rosemary hummus and kumquat, or crispy buffalo cauliflower with avocado ranch.
Our special plant-based mains include our hit Beet Wellington, a vegan take on our signature dish served with wild mushrooms and vegan gravy or a classic green kale rigatoni with walnut pesto, cavolo nero and olives.
For dessert don’t miss the ultimate vegan take on Gordon's classic sticky toffee pudding, with pear and pecan sauce. Or why not try caramelised plums with raspberry sorbet and granola for a lighter end to the meal?
