Chef Alex Sarrion presents a selection of Tapa in a collaboration between Batonnage Belgravia and London's best chef talent.
A six course menu of tapa created by chef Alex Sarrion as follows:
- Pan con tomate
- Cod brandade
- Iberico ham croquetas
- Garlic gambas with parsley
- Secreto Iberico, romesco, padron pepper
- Caremalised brioche, vanilla ice cream
50 pounds per person (plus Eventbrite booking fee)
Optional Wine Flight @ 35 pounds pp. Six carefully selected wine pairings will showcase both classic bodegas and the current exciting new wave of young Iberian producers. Please let us know in your ticket purchase if you would like to opt for the wine pairing flight. This portion will be payable on the night itself.
