Further to the proposals for South Molton Triangle being approved by Westminster City Council in December, we are working on finalising our Section 106 agreement and will share more on what happens next in the coming months.
We are looking forward to testing the detailed designs for Grosvenor Square with you later in the Spring, and our design team is currently busy making a number of changes to the proposals in order to respond to feedback received from the community and other stakeholders.
Works are on track to complete at The Audley and 20 Balderton Street by the end of July, and at 78-82 Duke Street by the end of March 2022. Artfarm’s recent planning application, to introduce function and private dining rooms at The Audley, is also awaiting a date to be determined at Westminster City Council’s planning committee.
