The Hari, has partnered with The House of Suntory to create the first ever Koyo terrace from the premium Japanese craft spirits distillery, celebrating the tradition and phenomenon of changing autumn colours in Japan.
From Thursday 19th September until Monday 4th November, guests will be surrounded by opulent reds, oranges, and golds as The Hari’s leafy Garden Terrace is transformed into a quintessential Japanese Garden.
Inspired by the upcoming Rugby World Cup hosted in Japan, the pop-up will showcase three House of Suntory spirits paired with a savoury canapé, each priced at £18.
Netsui Fizz, a citrus cocktail combines Haku vodka with orange liquor, rice milk, lemongrass syrup, citrus blend, egg white and soda;
Ginza Gimlet, celebrates simplicity with Roku gin and a yuzu cordial;
Toki-yo Haibōru, a smoky cocktail blends Toki whisky, tobacco liqueur and soda.
The Koyo Terrace will be live at The Hari from Thursday 19th September until Monday 4th November, offering a cocktail and savoury canapé priced at £18.
