Browns will soon be opening its doors to Browns Brook Street, their new flagship boutique reimagined to celebrate the future of luxury retail.
Located at 39 Brook Street, Browns Brook Street is an enchanting destination designed to immerse customers in a curated world of fashion, fine jewellery, food and culture. It’s a place to discover, dream and play.
Housed in a Grade II* listed building the space, which doesn’t differ all that much in size from their iconic South Molton Street store, Browns Brook Street offers a rich canvas to uniquely showcase the merging of the historical and the contemporary, a representation of what Browns has been renowned for since the beginning – bringing together the best established and next generation talent.
Set over four floors, the new space features a pioneering restaurant and an unexpected yet inviting courtyard, and celebrates the history of 39 Brook Street which has been preserved yet modernised to perfectly imbue the Browns brand.
Built in 1720, the heritage site located on the corner of Avery Row and Brook Street, has had an illustrious history within the fabric of Mayfair having housed influential British decorating firm Colefax and Fowler which was founded by 20th-century tastemaker Nancy Lancaster, who resided in the space. Drawing on these historical aspects of the building and retaining some of the site's original grandeur, some areas have been left completely untouched, blending old decadence with a contemporary mood.
Native At Browns
Situated within the courtyard is Browns' first restaurant, Native At Browns. The pioneers of ethical dining are bringing their award-winning menu to Mayfair, serving up food and drinks made from truly seasonal produce and foraged ingredients. Native prides itself on protecting and preserving Britain's culinary heritage, described by its founders as "innovative, wild and sustainable,” which Browns can relate to, making these kindred spirits the perfect partner.
