Scott’s is a name that resonates down the years: an oyster warehouse founded in 1851, by the time it moved to its current location in 1968 it was one of the most fashionable and glamorous seafood restaurants in town, famed as the site of Ian Fleming’s discovery of the dry martini “shaken, not stirred”.
The all day menu also reflects its glittering heritage, serving the very finest traditional fish and seafood dishes alongside a variety of meat and seasonal game favourites in an atmosphere of urbane sophistication. Seasonal dishes from the A La Carte menu are mirrored in the private room, which is currently curated with a rolling collection by Sadie Coles HQ and Timothy Taylor Gallery. Oysters, served at the elegant oyster and Champagne bar, are a house speciality.
