Korean fish patties with homemade chilli cucumber pickle, gochujang mayo, fried egg and crispy calamari all in a brioche bun. Miso aubergine patties with pickles, kimchi mayo, crispy fried spring onions in a vegan bun. Ras el hanout and sumac flatbreads filled with smoky baba ganoush, citrus mayo, pickled radish, parsley salad, harissa oil and either crispy calamari or cauliflower. Signature crispy calamari with a choice of delicious seasoning and sauces.
